That was one of the early key arts for the leader of Shatterline's operatives - Strix.
In my work I used character 3D model made by Frag Lab Team mentioned below, posed it by myself in 3D Max, then rendered in Marmoset, and overpainted. All environment consists from matte painting, KitBash models, and hand drawing.
